Two Highly-Anticipated MCU Animated Series Delayed to 2025

Marvel Studios has announced that two highly-anticipated animated series, Eyes of Wakanda and Marvel Zombies, will no longer be premiering in 2024. According to reliable sources, both series have been pushed back to 2025.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man remains the only Marvel Animation series scheduled for release in 2024, with a tentative release date set for late in the year.

Eyes of Wakanda and Marvel Zombies Delayed

  • Eyes of Wakanda: This Black Panther-focused series was initially announced in December 2023. The series will explore the history of Wakandan warriors tasked with retrieving dangerous vibranium artifacts.
  • Marvel Zombies: A spin-off of the popular What If…? series, Marvel Zombies will continue the story from the episode “What If… Zombies?!”. The series will follow a group of human survivors as they fight against their zombified former allies.
